Wine Me is all about fun. Wine Me will bring together people who love to drink wine and want to learn more about it. Sharing knowledge and experience in a casual, fun atmosphere will give people the necessary tools to work out which wines they like, which ones they dislike and why.
The first Wine Me function will be held @ Timmy's Restaurant, Southbank, Brisbane on 28, 29 and 30th August 2007.

Wine School – Become a Winemaker for a weekend! What is Wine School?
Wine School will teach people to make their own wine.
Wine School is a weekend workshop held during “vintage” – the grape harvest and winemaking season, between the first weekend of February and the first weekend of April. Under the guidance of professional vineyard and winery workers, Wine School participants will pick and process their own grapes and make their own wine, using the modern facilities of Bents Road Winery. Wine School students will be taught the basic principles of winemaking by actually participating in the process of making their own wine. |
