Red Granite 2005
These grapes were grown at an altitude of 800 metres above sea level in the cool Granite Belt G.I. region of Queensland. Hand picked grapes, carefully fermented and gently basket pressed, the wine has matured for 18 months in a combination of new and used French oak barrels. This is a lighter style of wine, compared to our Shiraz or Cabernet Sauvignon/Shiraz.
